Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Solvefy's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Solvefy provides software development, AI solutions, web development, mobile app development, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your project requirements
  • Respond promptly to our requests for information and feedback
  • Provide necessary access to systems, databases, or resources required for project completion
  • Make timely payments as agreed in project proposals
  • Test deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes

Project Proposals and Agreements

Project proposals are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise specified. All projects require signed agreements or accepted proposals before work commences. Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are as specified in the project agreement.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in each project proposal
  • Typical payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
  • Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables and custom code developed specifically for their project.

Solvefy Rights: We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and reusable code components.

Third-Party Components: Usage of third-party libraries, APIs, or components is subject to their respective licensing terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Business information, strategies, and plans
  • Technical specifications and source code
  • Customer data and proprietary information
  • Financial information and pricing

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

Warranty and Support

Warranty Period: We provide a 90-day warranty for bug fixes on delivered software from the date of final acceptance.

Support Services: Ongoing support and maintenance are available through separate agreements.

Limitations: Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Unauthorized modifications to the software
  • Use beyond specified requirements
  • Third-party integrations or external factors

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the project value
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Client assumes responsibility for data backup and security

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with:

  • 30 days written notice for convenience
  • Immediate notice for material breach
  • Client termination: payment for work completed to date
  • Solvefy termination: delivery of work completed to date

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations between parties
  • Mediation if negotiations fail
  • Arbitration under applicable laws
  • Governing law: United Arab Emirates

Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to access our website excessively
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Post or transmit harmful or illegal content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party websites or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
